We are asking that EVERY band student in grades 6-12 participates in this fundraiser. This has a lot of great incentives for student participation that we don’t normally have – LOTS of prizes can be earned. Additionally, we can accept credit payments for local customers, and we have an online store for anyone who needs items to be shipped directly to them.
Three Ways to Accept Orders (all three methods count towards a student’s total items sold)
In Person Brochure Sales paid by Cash or Check made out to Noble Bands
Write these orders on the order form.
Students will deliver these items to the customer.
In Person Brochure Sales paid by credit card using the QR code to pay (or go to onlinepay.biz/51617)
DO NOT write these orders on the order form.
When the customer starts the checkout process on this website, they will be prompted to enter in the student name.
Students will deliver these items to the customer.
Customer will enter student’s name before shopping.
These items ship directly to the customer.
LOMA Raffle Tickets
How does it work?
Students and parents/guardians can take orders until February 20, 2025.
You must be 18 or older by March 14, 2025 in order to purchase.
No limit on how many tickets you can buy!
Turn in the orders and money as you collect them (don’t wait until the deadline to turn it all in at once).
Checks MUST be made out to LOMA. Cash is also accepted.
Each time you turn in orders, Mrs. Asbury will process those orders and return your order forms with the raffle tickets.
Mrs. Asbury will keep the stub portion that includes the purchaser’s name and phone number and it will be turned in to LOMA for the actual raffle drawing (which takes place on March 14, 2025).
